Absolutely fantastic. I will definitely be using them again for any future bookings. The castles were in great condition and very clean, prompt delivery and collection. Staff were lovely and very professional. It was an absolute bonus that the castle had a Bluetooth speaker for party music!

I booked a Disco Slide Combi Castle and Didi Cars for my son’s 7th birthday party yesterday and would highly recommend Bearspoke Events over and over again! From my initial enquiry they were super helpful and accommodating and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Although booking relatively last minute, they let me know all their potential availability and managed to squeeze in my booking which I was so grateful for. The castle was huge and the kids loved it, you can tell all their equipment is well looked after as everything was immaculate and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again for any future events I might host. We used this company for my sons first birthday, recommended , we had a look on the website & could see such a good range of items to hire but our theme unfortunately wasn't, we were still going to book as there were so many options of bouncy castles & soft play , I contacted them & they told me it was something they were looking at getting , within 2 weeks of booking they had got the manufacturers to produce the rodeo themed soft play & ball pit & provided it with such short notice, quick customer service & efficient with delivering & collecting. everyone mentioned how good your products were & I would highly recommend, Thankyou for making a little boy & a stressed momma very happy & less stressed

Hired for my daughters 3rd birthday party, brilliant package and cheap for what I got. Also booked late notice and was brilliant. Replies was fast. Everything went brilliantly. Came on time to set up and put away. Couldn’t ask for anything more. They even gave me suggestions of venues to hire and we found a perfect one for the party! Every reliable. All round brilliant. I will definitely be booking again for my next party!

What a great company ! We used bearspoke events for the first time yesterday. They came and checked over our garden before we booked to make sure we chose a castle that would fit safely. Communication was great, they confirmed our castle the day before with an arrival time, set up quickly and ensured the castle was spotlessly clean. Collection was just as stress free with a message to advise they were on their way giving us time to prepare the kids with a final few bounces. We would highly recommend these guys, they will be a first choice for castles from now on. Thanks for making our little party extra special.

Really happy with this company, I tried a few before I found bearspoke events and they were the best at replying, had great customer service and good prices. They were very flexible aswell and really helpful when I needed to change the date we needed them. On the day they were really prompt at arriving at the venue and setting up and packing up at the end. We used them for our 2year olds party and all the children loved the soft play and ball pool and the didi cars were a huge hit! I'd definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone

We used Bearspoke events after the soft play hire company we’ve used before couldn’t fulfil our date and recommended them as an alternative. Bearspoke events could meet the date with a wide arrange of themes and worked with our venue to arrange logistics. The equipment was immaculately clean, assembled on time and removed efficiently. Bearspoke events also arranged sweet cones at late notice which were perfect and great value. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, thanks so much!

We hired some soft play for our sons first birthday. Great value and the service was great from start to finish. Friendly staff, quality equipment and really easy to arrange. All in line with social distancing guidelines.

Would definitely recommend! Professional and safe measures put in place the whole time. Friendly service and catered for exactly what I wanted. Requested a balloon and make your own bear kits last minute and it was no problem to sort and add these. Great bouncy castle, enjoyed by my 2 year old, husband and myself!

Would highly recommend bearspoke events, placed a large order with them for sweet cones and popcorn cones. All came with a lovely personalised sticker that matched our birthday girls theme perfectly. Received lots of comments on how full the cones were and the variety of sweets that were used. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my party supplies after using bearspoke!! Thanks again guys
